Updated Income Statement from The Beatles Unplugged @ Rootz KL

Hi Everyone.
As shown in our previous post, we made a whopping RM 11,308.00 through our charity event!
However, recently we received an additional (and very generous i might add) donation from our kind sponsor Rootz KL!
Therefore, in total, we've made an even bigger whopping of RM 19,808.00!!!

The Beatles Unplugged 2011

The era of Beatlemania is upon us once again as Project FLiP (For Love in People) presents to you The Beatles Unplugged - a charity event at Rootz KL for one night only! Dedicated to the victims of the Japanese Tsunami through Red Crescent Society of Malaysia, this charity event will comprise of acts from local live bands performing their rendition of Beatles Songs as well as their own hits, similar to our first ever event in Melbourne! The list of artists include budding talents Decimal and Mama Sons, up and coming rockers Ask Me Again, Darren Ashley with his unique style, the musically talented Reza Salleh and headlining our event? The one and only Bittersweet. You're definitely in for a great show.

Get your tickets for only RM 20 for early birds, RM 30 at the door and a minimum of RM 250 for all those generous people looking to book tables. Doors open at 7:00PM onwards and ticket holders will be allowed re-entry into Rootz Club after the event, provided they are 21 years and above. Even if you're not a fan of The Beatles, show some love for the victims of Japan, get a ticket and come kick back with a beer with us. After all, all you need is love!

100% of the profits collected will be donated to the Red Crescent Society in Malaysia for the victims of the recent Japanese Tsunami and to ensure complete transparency, the budget will be placed on the blog at http://www.forloveinpeople.blogspot.com/

So come along down to Rootz KL, support our cause and join us for a night that promises to be full of good music, great performances and excellent entertainment because ultimately the love you take is equal to the love you make and we get by with a little help from our friends
